Max Armstrong looks at the rising economic health of rural America
Max Armstrong points out that counties designated as ‘rural’ mean more than ‘farming’ for those remote counties. The rural population, which was on decline has turned. There are increasing rates in net migration as people leave cities to take advantage of rising employment and improving opportunity.
Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
