Planning continues to move forward for the Farm Progress Show and Husker Harvest Days farm shows, both slated for September in 2020. FPS will be Sept. 1-3 and HHD Sept. 15-17.
Show mananger Matt Jungmann says that having permanent locations and an experienced team are a real advantage for setting up a successful show under challenging circumstances.
Jungmann says that because of COVID, "there's a lot of extra work, but behind the scenes all of the typical things that need to happen are happening."
The harvest demo fields are looking strong, he says, with corn at the Husker Harvest Days facility already at 4 inches.
The Farm Progress Show is in Boone, Iowa this year at its permanent location there. Husker Harvest Days is in its permanent and recently-upgraded facility in Grand Island, Nebraska.
