Max Armstrong offers a look at the optimism in agriculture, and that hasn't gone unnoticed. USDA Chief Economist Rob Johansson noted that there are several good signs in the ag economy in recent remarks at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture. Johansson offered insight on the potential for trade with China and while slowed by coronavirus he sees it bouncing back later this year.
